Keep the leg in this position while you breathe in and out. Put the first leg down, and then repeat with the other leg. Repeat two to four times on each leg.

​HOW TO DO IT:​ Lie on a slant board. Slant boards raise your feet higher than your head, taking away excess pressure as you exercise.
